OwnHome
At OwnHome, our mission is to remove the biggest barrier to homeownership for Aussies today: the deposit. OwnHome provides up to 100% LVR financing, by providing a loan for the deposit. We can fund anywhere up to a full 20% deposit, in exchange for a Low Deposit Premium of 2.2%. OwnHome is part-owned by two of Australia’s Big 4 banks, and over 50,000 Australians have already applied.

Their mission is to make property law accessible, turning a complex, stressful process into a smooth, efficient and uncomplicated experience. Their team of conveyancers and solicitors work side-by-side to manage all the ins and outs of property purchases, so that customers can sit back, stress-free, knowing they’re in good hands.

Still family-owned in its fourth generation, Ray White is a household name in property. The group handles over $95 billion in annual sales and specializes in residential, commercial, rural, livestock sales, leasing, marine, property management, and off-the-plan projects.
